Ty Pennington has apologized for an "an error in judgment" after being arrested on suspicion of driving wasted. The scruffy 41-year-old, who hosts Extreme Makeover: Home Edition, was pulled over by police in Los Angeles on a recent Saturday morning. He was released two hours later after posting bail.

We have to ask ourselves: does his romance need a makeover?

"Oh, I think this is too bad. I mean it is a shame because he is such a nice and popular guy. So, he had a little too much? I mean, I won't mention any names, but have your ever smelled Teddy's breath at Nine in the morning? Whew! I didn't want to say anything. But, if you light a match, the building might explode."

"I think Pennington has let a lot of people down with this dangerous behavior. He is typical of so many contractors - they all know how to fix stuff but finding them sober enough to do so is the trick. They promise one thing and then you don't see them for months."

Sounds more a like a personal issue, Anita. You know if you ever need someone to come over and lay some pipe..
