June 2007 Seth Rogen, the shaggy work pal from "The 40 Year-Old Virgin," seems to be a hot commodity lately as he is now also co-starring in the new summer hot flick, "Knocked Up." He was very charming in his June appearance on "Leno" where he had the young actress, Jessica Alba, laughing her bottom off. Is romance on the rise for man's best friend, Seth Rogen? Or, is he just another frat boy living on borrowed romantic time?

Teddy Celeb "I like this cat. He is funny and laid back. If Will Ferrell can make it big - he can, too. After all, they are out of the same mold. He'll do well." Well said, Teddy.

Anita Star "I don't know. He is very college fraternity guy-ish and that's cool, but sooner or later you have to move on from the bar mentality.
