February 2007 Heather Locklear was reportedly in the arms of Jack Wagner at an exclusive before the night Oscar party hosted by Dream Works Chief, Jeffery Katzenberg. They looked like a couple but are they? Locklear and Wagner were previously hot commodities on the 90's hit show, Melrose Place. Is this a new romance?
