Why Is Paula Abdul So Bent On
Trashing Simon Every Chance She Gets?

July 2007 It seems every time Paula Abdul opens her mouth on her new show, "Hey Paula," she bad-mouths her "Idol" co-host, Simon Cowell. Is this a big game and/or is this cool for her to do? Do these kinds of public put-downs make her more romantic? Shouldn't she have something else to bank on besides just busting on Simon?

Joe "Papa" Razzi "I guess it does draw attention, but this is stupid. She is capitalizing on bashing another celebrity – whoop-dee-doo. I give Simon credit for taking the high road on this one. He really hasn't made a big deal out of it. If she was bashing me – I would say 'Hey, Paula – Bite me, you lush!'" Bite me? Aren't you kind of a lush yourself?

Sharon Moore "Hey, it's show biz and I bet there's really nothing between them. Their little fake feud made both of them a little more popular if you ask me.
