Lohan Turns 21 While In Rehab

July 2007 Besieged actress, Lindsay Lohan, was joined by her mother and siblings while she recentlyturned 21 in rehab. Not too long ago, the "Just My Luck" actress was charged with driving under the influence after smashing her car in Beverly Hills, CA, back in May of this year. She then checked into the rehab facility 'Promises' shortly afterward and has now surpassed her 21st birthday. Lindsay is allowed to drink now – everyone look out! Will her romance sober up from her days of wild living? Or, will things only get worse?

Joe "Papa" Razzi "I think we need to give her some breathing room. Her 21st birthday shouldn't be a big deal since she's been drinking like a fish since she was probably 14.
