July 2007 US Weekly sported some pics recently of a very slender and hot Hillary Duff. Just a short while ago, she tipped the scales at buck thirty and now is down to about a buck and a few pennies. Is this new skinny Duff looking hotter or is she simply starving? What will this new change do for her romance prospects?
