Foxy Brown Charged With Assault

August 2007 Rapper Foxy Brown has apparently taken a few notes from Naomi Campbell. The 27-year-old singer is on probation for attacking two manicurists at a nail salon in 2004.  She has been charged with assault and possession of a weapon — her cell phone. Brown was arrested Tuesday for allegedly hitting a neighbor with her BlackBerry. We ask our panel if there is anything sexy about flying off the handle.

Joe "Papa" Razzi "I once hit someone with my cell phone.  It as an accident. I was merely out of minutes and it was one of those crappy prepaid wireless jobs.  I beat his ass with it and then said 'Look more bars.'  That one moment aside, you need to control your temper to be romantic." Did the guy punch you in the ear and say "Can you hear me now, Joe?"

Roxy Ray "I saw a lot of people lose it in Vegas.  Oftentimes these uncontrolled people have had too much to drink and everything sets them off.  There is no excuse and no place in romance for hot tempers and violence.  Foxy Brown's rep would really suffer if it were not the fact she is a rapper. Maybe it will improve as a result."

Teddy Celeb "Oh, that's so unfortunate.  Foxy Brown should know better.  All this may initially give her some rap cred, but ultimately it will catch up with her.  It gives her no romance cred at all.  That is for sure." Well put, Teddy.
